House is right next to the “back 40” walking trails, adjacent to Whitworth University-10 minute walk to campus. This large one bedroom basement unit has lots of storage, large bathroom and kitchen with full-size fridge, large pantry, microwave and hot plate (no dishwasher or oven), gas and electric baseboard heat.

The rest of the house is rented out, two nights or more nights in a row as an AirBnb, so quieter tenants would be appreciated. The washer and dryer could possibly be used when AirBnb guests are not renting it out. If you are a professional cleaner, then this could be an ideal situation with discounted rent!
