Looking for a roommate in 3 bedroom apartment at Parkside Commons complex in northern St. Johns. Utilities are included in the cost of the rent with the exception of internet and electricity which is split three ways.

The location is near the St. Johns bridge and University of Portland and is less than 20 mins away by bike. The room is private with its own closet and comes with its own parking space for a $25 fee each month and is move in ready.

The bathroom for the apartment is shared. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are communal living space and we keep them clean and orderly. We also don’t wear shoes inside to keep the carpet clean (shoerack near the door). We’re looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or at least smokes outside.

We are both in our mid 20’s and have lived here for 4 years without missing a payment. We tend to be fairly relaxed and aren’t the type to throw wild parties although we do drink on occasion. On most days we’re either working , watching Netflix or playing games on the PS5 in the living room. We also enjoy being active and doing outdoor activities including hiking or going to the gym. Both of us are fairly easygoing and get along with most people pretty well. We have had male and female roommates and they have all left on good terms with us.
