We have an extra large bedroom for rent upstairs and the bathroom is shared. This is a month to month rental agreement. Utilities and Wifi are included. The rent is $1000 a month for 1 occupant. We may consider an additional occupant for $100 more a month. The refundable security deposit is $800. Parking is on the street. Full access to kitchen Access to washer and dryer Pantry space for canned goods. Assigned fridge space. Access to pool and spa (must sign a pool waiver) We have 2 cats and 2 small dogs. Must have verifiable income and references. Must pass a criminal background check No smoking in the house Not on probation or parole Not a convicted felon.
We are chill, friendly, clean, happy, helpful, respectful landlords who live on site. This is our family home and not a frat house or flop house. No smoking in the house only OFF the property. Every roomie/tenant has cleared a criminal background check.
