I have a apartment close to downtown oriole stadium and the university’s or inner harbor Baltimore area by lots of transportation options and everything really. I would like to rent a room out. The room has its own shower, the utilities are included. I’m trying to save money Since the rent is going up. Your Roommate would be myself, I work, workout, spend time with fam and friends, “outside” local events, I try to stay productive and have fun when I can. I am clean, respectful, honest, easy to get along with and usually work from home on my computer. You should be able to pay on time, clean up after yourself, and communicate if not able or anything affecting our business comes up, I’m understanding. Other than that I’m 420 friendly and you must be to, ask me what you want. And the room can come with a bed or without one, no guest for more than 2 nights, pay, and clean up is the main rules. forreal if more than one person renting for $1000
