3 Bedroom house in North Eugene. Close to the beltline, 4 grocery stores, and lots of places to eat out. House includes a spacious living room, fenced back yard, fairly new kitchen appliances, diswhwasher, washer/dryer, 2 car driveway, and a small garage. Easy access to the riverside bike trails, cat and 420 friendly. About 10 minute drive or 30 minute bike ride to UO campus and downtown, also only 10 min drive to the airport. There’s free space in the living room or 3rd bedroom to set up a small office or space for your hobbies! The bedroom is 10’x12’ and there’s plenty of shared space in the house aswell. If budget is an issue I’m willing to find a third roommate for the smaller bedroom as well! Rent is 1875$ total, so between 3 people it would be much more affordable.
