JAMES ISLAND - 1 semi-furnished bedroom (has queen size bed with frame) to rent in my 1400 sqft home in the beautiful neighbood hood of Secessionville Acres on James Island. Two rooms are available- 950 each. $50 a month for utilities & wifi. They share a hallway bathroom. 3 miles to Folly beach, 15 minutes to downtown, extremely safe area with surveillance cameras around the exterior property. I’m a single 43 yr old female with a very friendly cat. Looking to rent the guest room which comes with the hallway bathroom as your own. I am very clean, neat, quiet and don’t drink or smoke. I would be looking for someone fairly similar, but flexible. Large backyard and screened-in porch. The house also has a large outdoor shower, laundry room, and a whole-house water filter. Friends and family over on occasion but mostly women just hanging out and watching Bravo. Month to month or happy for someone to stay long term. Myself and my cat live here. I rent both my extra rooms. My cat is very nice and docile. I work downtown at a hair salon 5-6 days a week. I have a lot of friends and family in the area but don’t often host so it stays quiet here. There is a large backyard and screened in porch. This is a great neighborhood for walking, biking, or running. Tidal Marshes on both sides and views of the water.
