Rachel's room

This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house, I used to live in the basement and am now looking into moving to the second floor, landlords are allowing me to sublease the rooms to other tenants. Kitchen and bathroom is shared.

I am looking for two responsible and clean women. I will be working 5/7 days out of the week and am rarely home. I am also a student. No smoking allowed per request of the landlords.
