About the roomies

I am a retired woman with 3 dogs. I get up very early so i go to bed pretty early as well. I spend most of my free time at home or visiting my grandkids. I own this home and am looking to find a respectful quiet renter. I have few rules but quiet and privacy are a must. Absolutely no overnight guests. My dogs are a pain but harmless. This is in a park so you do have to follow park rules. Short term renters are fine. Rent is 750 a month which includes all utilitiesi ncluding Wifi. Rent can be paid weekly, biweekly or monthly, whatever works with your budget. There is a 250 deposit so 1000 to move in.
