I bought this house 2 and a half yrs ago and with little time and energy I am still decorating but it is lovely and spacious one of my favorite parts of it is the Kitchen and the garden I am setting to start growing. There is a laundry in the house it works best when we set up 2 days a week of use per person. We keep a calendar at the door where you can choose your wash days, the laundry is exclusively for residentsof the home. We have a nice pantry and you would get a designated space in the fridge. The garage is being converted to a gym and I’ll have a shed for all the yard tools we do have a small attic for storage, if necessary.

I do have a 2nd room available and that one has a shared bathroom and closet that one would be $850 and security $425

***Requirements: Terms of contract would be 6 and 12 months, they can be extended if both parts agree.
***Non negotiable are children and pets. There are already 3 big dogs in the property and this is a 100% child free home and is going to be kept that way.
***Fill out the rental application, Background Check, 2 forms of ID, 2 recent pay stubs. Transactions are going to be ONLY through Zelle or Paypal. No personal or cashiers check, and process will not move forward without proper verification.

Two professionals with 3 large dogs We work in the retail industry one of us is vegan, we enjoy being at home and hosting once things get settle with decorating. One of use is a full on party girl and the other one a total homebody but very handy. The dogs are sweet but all 3 of them are about a year old so they are very loving, clumsy and playful.
