Hey there! Looking for a young professional or college student to rent a room inside my newly built home. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom and a garage space. All lawn care/snow removal is taken care of. I have wifi too. The house is on a walking path that connects to the river for fishing, walking, biking ect.

I’m a young professional who works 3.5 days a week and is gone most weekends. I enjoy just about everything outside, but I’m big into hunting and fishing. I’m clean and tend to keep to myself.
