Cozy 3 bedroom home 1.3 mi from Mayo Clinic. Looking for someone to rent the upstairs bedroom (photos with bunk beds show room). Cost is $850 with all utilities included and no deposit required. My male roommate, Tyler, rents the basement space (1b, 1 unshared 3/4 ba, own living room, garage parking spot). More about the house: There is a back storage room downstairs that has a washer and dryer for use and available storage if you need. There are also workbenches in the back room if you’re crafty and want to use them. Upstairs there is my bedroom, the available bedroom across the hall from mine, our shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room with a sliding door to the back yard, and a living room you are also welcome to. I’m looking for someone who is responsible and comfortable with pets (puppy under 1 year old- Zaia and 7yr cat- Coco). You’ll have street parking or possibly driveway parking depending on schedules, located near a bus stop, and I have bikes for use if needed for transportation. The space can be furnished or unfurnished based on your preferences, currently there is a full in-bunked bunk bed in there with a pull out twin bed below, a desk and closet for clothing! Open to someone with pets as long as they are litter/outside trained and don’t have a history of accidents in the home/ marking.

I am 29 and work in the social work field with mental health. I enjoy gardening, making art, baking/cooking, doing puzzles and playing board/card games (there’s a closet full of games you can use). I consider myself very easy going and laid back, hard working, quiet after 8:30pm as I value good sleep, and respectful of others space. The litter box for my cat is in the back room downstairs and there is a cat door on the door leading to the basement. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with Coco and Zaia being in their spaces if they wander into them. Coco is a longhaired extremely cuddly/friendly cat. She does great with other pets, kids and being picked up/held. Zaia is very energetic and has the typical puppy behaviors of excitedly jumping when she sees someone, dropping off toys in random places throughout the house, and will likely wander away from me to visit everyone who is home. Zaia is not fully potty trained and has accidents in the house still, so I’m looking for someone who will be patient with her while she is training. The extra cats in the photos were visitors so they won’t be there when you move in. Open to short term or long term renters.
