We are calling for a special housemate! THE SPACE Our space is a 2600 sq ft home and sits on a quarter acre. The house is super spacious, cozy and elegant. This is a 4 bedroom & 2.5 bathroom space with a family room, living room, kitchen, dining room, sun room, laundry room, basement, big backyard with outdoor dining. The room that is available is the basement called the funland. FUNLAND: The basement is set up for someone that likes lots and lots of space. You have a full size bed, a sofa bed, and a work area. Lots of blankets and just beautifully decorated. The space is 20x12. You have access to all common spaces except the other bedrooms/rooms in the house. You have Sprouts, Costco, Safeway, Kings Soopers within 5 min of drive, and other major shopping centers within 10 min of driving. We are also surrounded by 4 parks, within a 5 min walk, having the closest one behind the house. RENT: ADMIN/ CLEANING FEE: $250 FUNLAND: $1250 (includes all utilities and household expenses) DEPOSIT: $1000 TOTAL EXPECTED FOR MOVING IN: $2500. NO PETS AREA: South East Denver.
