Looking for a housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in Goleta ASAP - September 7, 2023.

The rent for a spot in the triple in the master bedroom shared with two other roommates is $713/month, plus utilities (~$50). Our house is clean and LGBTQ+ friendly. The master bedroom comes with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.

We also have an on-site laundry, dishwasher, parking, and a community jacuzzi and pool. We are prioritizing candidates who can stay for both spring AND summer quarters, but if you’re only available for one, we’d still love to hear from you. Move-in is flexible.

We love the outdoors and enjoy hiking. We also like to relax at home and have some quality time together. One of our favorite activities is cooking, and we enjoy preparing meals and trying out new recipes.
