Home is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, rumpus room (great for office and extra TV option), backyard, garage and driveway. Outdoor living area great for bbq and gathering with friends or family. All bills are included, that includes AC and heating. No big parties but small group gatherings are allowed. Small well behaved pet is allowed with a pet deposit. Washer and dryer in the garage is shared with tenants. Bedrooms can be delivered furnished or unfurnished with full size bed. Kitchen has a new custom walk in food pantry, picture shown has washer and dryer (those have been moved to the garage) to be shared by occupants. All bills are included, that includes AC and heating. Requirements: Letter of recommendation, Interview with owner, a 12 month lease, picture of your pet (if there is one) and a background/credit check. Home has been updated and more pictures to come.

I’m a college student, barista at Starbucks, and musical theater performer. Time spent at home is mostly quiet - I sew, draw, and sing at home (in my own space if requested, never while others are asleep). Hosting occasional gatherings is okay, so long as roommates are well informed and consent. I am amiable and enjoy tame company. Fun is encouraged! Just no ragers / consistently blaring use of TV. Cannabis is ok outside only. I appreciate patience and open communication from all roommates.
