Jack's room

Starting with my home, my entire upper floor is unused aside from a guest room. There’s two rooms, a bathroom, and a living room that are entirely available for your use!! Driveway parking, fenced yard, WiFi…. All included as well as utilities!

My home is in a great area, only a mile from I-10 and 1.5 miles from 99! This corner is Katy has only a few miles to drive to many great things; Katy Asian town, Rhodes Stadium, Katy Park…. The library, police, and fire department are all only a few blocks away. Memorial Katy is on the next road over, the mall is just across I-10… there’s really too much to mention within a 5mile radius!!

Mid-30s, Native American and veteran working full-time as an inspector. Doesn’t smoke, drinks at social events only, roommate to two big, friendly, and mature dogs. My home is imperfectly clean due to my furry friends but I do my best to respect the common areas of the home. There’s no other roommates but I do have a gf who lives close by.
