Your room is 10’9“x11’3“ with two large closets and two large windows. We share kitchen and living room, but full bathroom is yours. The monthly rent is $2,400 without utilities, the security deposit is $800. Monthly will come to anywhere from 12 to 15 each.

I’m the only adult living here; I’m 26 years old, easy going, work full time with a rotating schedule so some days I’m home 3 days in a row. I play video games, watch movies, and have friends over sometimes. I have two chihuahuas and two cats that live here, which is the max amount of pets so you cannot bring any, unless they’re caged. No kids !!! As my dogs don’t like them and they’re simply too loud. I ask you be responsible, kind, open-minded, and most importantly- employed full-time!
