The house is a 6 beds 3 bath 2 story house with a nice living room, family room, kitchen and dining area, backyard, laundry room, and 2 car garage (half of garage may become a lounge/game room).
There are 2 rooms that are available. The smaller room is $999/m includes utility. The bigger room with its own entrance and mini kitchen is available for $1399/m includes utilities.
We would like a minimum 2 month lease. After it is month to month with a 30 day notice if you are going to leave.
