The house is clean and neat, and my neighborhood is safe and friendly. I live here with my sister and two wonderful renters, (who are usually traveling healthcare workers, tech executives or university professionals).  We are 6 miles from Stanford hospital, 2 miles from Kaiser hospital and 3 miles from Sequoia hospital, and you can take the Highway or side streets to get there. 

Our set-up is designed to provide privacy for everyone but we are also a warm and friendly environment, great for travelers living in a new city 😊. 

Everyone here can use the kitchen, living room and gardens, and having limited visitors is fine. We want everyone living here to feel like this is their home too. 

Included in the rent are all utilities, bi-monthly cleaning service, weekly laundry service, plus I’m a mostly retired chef and i frequently love to cook for everyone!
