Claire's room

Hi everyone! We are looking for a roommate to fill the final vacant room, in our Evans house.

The room will rent for $600 a month. ($550 for rent and flat utilities of $50) The deposit for this room is $500.

We are looking to fill the room ASAP and a 6-12 month lease is preferred.

This room is currently empty and move-in ready. There is the option of (basic/minimal) furniture included with the room. Including the Queen-sized bed in photos.

The room has a shared bathroom, with a shower/tub combination. Only two rooms share the bathroom, so it is still decently private!

There is a shared upstairs living room. The kitchen is a shared common space, as well! We keep these areas clean and well-kept since they are commonly used.

My husband and I live downstairs with our dog, Ziggy. The two of us are in our mid-twenties, work from home, and keep to ourselves.

There are 2 roommates upstairs, we currently have 1 male roommate and 1 female roommate. We are all working adults, that like to keep our space clean and treat roommates with mutual respect.
