Cleaning service that comes in twice a month and cleans the kitchen, all bathrooms, all floors and all common spaces
The house:- -Central AC and heating -Two full sized refrigerators and plenty of cabinet space -Kitchen includes everything you would possibly need in a kitchen -Washer and dryer in house -House clean from a maid every two weeks -Free unlimited fast WIFI -Plenty of storage in large insulated shed for extra stuff
The Area: Nice, clean and quite -20 minutes from downtown Denver -5 minutes away from Walmart, gyms and dozens of food places -Several local parks, walk / bike paths
About the roommates: Everyone is very respectful, busy and gives everyone their own privacy. Nice laid back people who also enjoy being active and exploring what Colorado has to offer and can call ourselves as friends!
Basement room Shared bathroom with one other person Flat $780 per month (includes all utilities, internet, monthly lawn care and biweekly maid service)
The room has a closet along with a full sized window
The Terms: -Lease is 1 year (flexible on the lease) -Rooms are NOT furnished -Must be able to pass a background check -$800 Refundable security deposit -One-person occupancy only -Applicant must be non-smoker (cigarette) -No petsMust be clean and tidy
