The house has in-house washer/dryer, refrigerator, high speed fiber internet and a gas range/stove. The house has a closed garage that fits 2 cars of which I occupy one.

About the roomies
I’m the property owner and live on the second floor. I work in IT and like to do outdoorsy stuff in the weekend. I keep the house clean and expect the roommates to do the same.
