Hi my name is Dane I am a 31 yr old “corporate professional person” working in video production + post-production from home full time in Lakewood, CO. I also live with Brody my 13 year old lab who spends his retirement years eating treats, napping and demanding pets. We love walks, hikes, and most of all exploring new places.

Hobbies: learning about anything, researching future vacations and then going there in my head, watching documentaries, snowboarding, fitness, film-making, happy hour, tennis, photography, DIY projects, cooking, travelling, adventuring, sarcasm, VR putt putt, four-twenty friendly

I’ve owned this condo for almost 3 years. I spent some of the pandemic time upgrading so there’s been lots of paint jobs, new faucets, lighting fixtures, new 1/2 bathroom, and new energy efficient windows. Thanks to YouTube I’ve been able to make these changes and I’ve only gotten electrocuted once!

My average day: I guess I am the type o person who has to go to the gym first thing in the morning or else it’s really hard to get me there once I’ve woken up and talked myself out of it. So when I wake up I try my best to get up and go as much as I can. I’m usually home by 9am and working in my basement office throughout the day And I try to leave my house and take Brody for a walk or do something in the middle of the day and then in the evening either hang out or try a new place, go see a new movie, idk anything! I’ll probably take tennis lessons this spring and try to play competitive league again this summer. I usually go to bed by 10:30 ish during the week.

During the weekend I usually don’t bring the party back to my place but I’m not opposed to it.

My ideal roommate: I have lived with so many people in my life both men and women so I’m open to anyone reaching out and applying. I think the most successful roommate arrangements involve mutual respect and honest open communication! I think I’m a pretty open minded person so it doesn’t really matter to me where you are in life so if you can pay the rent at the beginning of each month, respect personal boundaries and you really know how to clean up after yourself, I think we’ll get along great! If you’re independent and want to do your own thing that’s totally fine, if you want to be friends that’s cool too!
