Hi! Two bedroom/one bathroom house about nine hundred square feet or so. We share the bathroom, kitchen, living room. I also have a washer and dryer in the house which you are free to use as well as wifi. All I ask is to clean up after yourself, I will do the same. Spare bedroom is furnished but if you wanted to bring your own bed , etc then that’s fine with me. $600 includes utilites and wifi. I do have a landlord who works for the Police Department, they live in the house in front of me, so our house would be like the back house. I already asked them if I can look for a roomate, and they are totally fine with that, just no mail is allowed to the address (I use my parents). There is more than enough space for two cars to have a parking spot. Area is really safe, it’s in the heights area. The landlords dogs are in the back, but they are super friendly and don’t mess with anything. If you feel more comfortable paying them your portion of the rent then that’s fine, or else I can just give it to them. Rent is due every 1st of the month. I am cool with guests coming over, I sometimes invite my friends over for dinner, but just ask you be respectful of our house and our neighbors. I would like to verify pay stubs or even have some verification that you are employed.
