Eighth Street

The home is a 3-bed, 2-bath house with a beautiful kitchen and a spacious living area. The room is a private room with a closet and a shared bathroom. The home is newly renovated with brand new appliances and a washer and dryer as well. The area is wonderful, we live right next to a gorgeous lake and a park and we’re a five minute drive from Seaside. Alvarado Street is less than a mile away and it’s easy to walk right down to Fisherman’s wharf.

We’re a super chill bunch living here. There’s no obligation to hang out, but we like to hang out by going out or playing games or watching movies at home. We like to keep things tidy, we share a lot of space so we make sure we’re considerate towards each other. We’re two female young adults, and would prefer another female roommate.
