Have the loft of an apartment I rent available for someone needing a place to lay their head and store their stuff. Close to 520, less than a mile from the soon-to-be-open Redmond Rail link, and everything is within a mile drive (including an IMAX theatre!). It is in downtown Redmond, so traffic and noise is common. Plenty to do within an easy walk if being a homebody like me is not your thing; feel free to google around the locale for what might tickle your fancy. You have guaranteed safety and partial privacy in the loft, simply because I am too fat to climb the stairs to it (be warned the stairs are completely vertical and metal to boot; there’s a reason I chose to ignore it). It is the size of a Queen-sized bed, and we can make arrangements to help store your other belongings with what remains of the floor space and storage. Apartment complex will require a processing fee, and handle all filing and background check requirements; my end is just opening my place up for you to use and they will handle the rest. You would of course pay me to then pay rent with my half. Yes, everything is included; parking is a separate $200 monthly fee if you have wheels. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

I am just a regular guy, working as a paraeducator during the day and gaming during the evenings. I keep to myself, and would use headphones when around others. Don’t mind sharing and chilling, but also like my alone time too. Drink rarely and do not smoke anything at all. Ask if you have other questions.
