Spacious room for rent in our Laguna Hills home! The bathroom is shared with one other female. The area is very safe and quiet. The room will be available July 1st and is a year long lease :)

We are both women in our mid twenties, in the medical field, looking for another female room mate. We are quiet, respectful, clean, keep to ourselves, friendly, and responsible. We are looking for the same in our next roomie! I have a German shepherd dog, so you have to be okay with living with her (she’s a sweetheart and a big baby.)
