Looking for a female only. 1 year lease available now for unfurnished room. $1,350 a month plus shared utilities. Security deposit is $1350 which is 1 month’s rent and is refundable if no damages. Room (grey and white painted room) for rent in 2,000 sqft home, 3 bed/2.5bath in a shared house. You would share a Jack n Jill bathroom with one other female. It’s a 2 room bathroom with your own sink. Attached 2 car garage and parking in the neighborhood. Currently we have 2 females 30 and 33 and a dog and a cat. Our pets stay in our rooms at least 75% of the time, so they are not out running around. We both work and are professional and out of the house for work. We are friendly and social but also keep to ourselves and are quite. We are Respectable. You should be as well. We don’t have gatherings or parties here. Very safe place to call home. There is room for storage in garage and also if you have a kitchen table or other home stuff you can decorate as well. House is an open concept layout with hand scrapped laminate flooring throughout. Kitchen features stainless steel Maytag appliances with granite counters and mosaic back splash. Hunter Douglas Window coverings and custom builtin’s. Washer and Dryer room. And central AC. One mile to Oceanside beaches!
