Laurie's room

Private and extremely quiet, bedroom for rent on third floor loft. This is the second bedroom of a three story condo. It is very large. There is a small new refrigerator along with a small kitchen set. Two beautiful bureas and a double bed. Two small closets. Some items in room can be removed.

I have been living in this Condo almost 2 years. I am single and live by myself. It’s actually a very nice place in a very quiet and respectful neighborhood. I have a private outside patio with vinal fencing and a small shed. There is an inground pool and a beautiful club house in the condo complex.
