Upstairs is all yours (except for one closet) and includes a large bedroom with walk in closet, full bath with jack-and-jill sink and tub, linen closet, living area/office space/yoga room/whatever-you-want-it-to-be space that lofts over the primary living room. Access to shared private patio and laundry room, downstairs living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Rent is $975/month and includes wifi, water, trash, electric, gas, lawn care, and parking. Upstairs space includes one dresser and a couch. Townhouse is located a block and a half from Camino Brookstown and Meridian Restaurant. You’ll have easy access to Old Salem, downtown, and the Strollway Connector.

Hi! I’m Katie, and I am an arts administrator who is heavily involved in the community. I’m a graduate of Salem College (BA) and Wake Forest University (MBA). In my free time, I enjoy traveling, sharing a meal with friends, being outside and active, and attending arts events. I am very tidy and keep a clean home.
