Room available in an awesome little 3-bedroom 1-bath home near College and Prospect. Available room is about 12x12 feet with a couple of windows– lots of natural light. We have a relatively big yard with garden boxes for summer growing. $950/month includes gas/electric/internet. Looking for someone interested in renting 3-6 months.

I’m a 37 year old research scientist studying snow hydrology and climate adaptation. Between work and play, I like to spend a lot of time outside. I have a 2 year old doggo, Jasper, who is super well-behaved and my bud on trails. I keep things pretty clean and peaceful at the house, looking for a housemate who is game for that. :)
