Hey everyone! My name is Jackie and I am a 34 year old Boston Public School Teacher. I just bought my first home and hope to rent out the basement bedroom and your own en suite private bathroom for $1400 + split half the utilities - May or June move in day preferred (could possibly let swing July). The room has a private entrance from the back, laundry, security system and is located 1 mile from Roslindale square in Roslindale. Public transit and buses are nearby along with grocery, gyms, etc. There is plenty of parking infront of the house without a permit required. I like to keep the house clean and common spaces clear. I also hope to split the costs of a cleaning service once a month bc ya girl is lazy and doesn’t like to scrub a toilet 🥲 During the week, I love to workout and head to bed rather early bc of early wake up times for school. Always down to watch a new Netflix series with a roomie tho! Weekends you’ll find me hanging with friends , my adorable nephew or out and about. The house also has of course a living room common space and sun room, both will have TVs so we can watch together or chill separately with friends! Let me know if you think we’d be a good fit!
