The apartment is a 2bed/2bath. you would get a room and bath for $800 to $850 per month,.which includes rent, utilities, and internet. My current lease ends in July, but you can be added to the current lease and split rent with me after the office approves you. You will have to pay a $65 application fee to get that done.

I have been using the second bedroom as an office, but will move all of my things into my bedroom before you move in. This means everything is furnished, and I do have a futon in the guest room that you can use. The room will just have the futon (which I have a mattress topper to make more comfortable for sleeping on regularly or you can use it as a couch in your room).

I have two longish hair cats, so please be mindful of that if you are allergic or anything. They are both well-trained with litter box, and everything so they shouldn’t bother with your things too much.

Hey y’all, I (25/enby) am new to the Houston area. I am looking for a roommate so I have more spending money to travel and pay for things I want in life.

My name is Ringo, I am a video gamer, like anime (but also been binge watching Grey’s Anatomy lol), I am a ballet dancer and one of the reasons I have been wanting the extra money is to go take classes again, I love puns, and I have ADHD but manage it well so I am clean and a dirty apartment greatly bothers me. I cook everyplate meals often (like every other night for myself). I think we should discuss cleaning when you move in so we know what to expect! I’m an activist for people’s rights as well, and if you can’t vibe with that then we probably won’t get along.

I work from home for a nonprofit doing public defense work. I moved to Houston in August and still new here. I have family here but little friends still so would love to find someone who we can get along with together. I would love to do things together at our place with friends over as well, just can’t be during the time I have confidential meetings during my usual work hours 8:30-4:30 weekdays. Unless we discuss it beforehand and I let you know I have none during that time.
