Unfurnished private room with shared bathroom for rent in a 3 bedroom house. House is in nice, quiet, safe neighborhood close to the university and very close to shopping center, stater bros, and Starbucks. We share all the common areas which includes kitchen, dining, living room, laundry, garage, and backyard. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

Rent is due the 1st of every month. We split the bills/utilities (internet, water, gas, and electric).

We are 2 easygoing, neat & tidy females looking for another female roommate who is clean, responsible, and respectful. We are both working professionals in our late 20s. We are fine with guests visiting or staying the night within reason.
