This is a 2 bedroom unit in the midtown area of Nashville. Less than 5 minutes from downtown Broadway, Vanderbilt, and major freeways. Great central location. The entire house is also gated. Small gated area in the back. Plenty of private parking. Security cameras are also in place. Bills will be SHARED. The living room is furnished. Rooms are not furnished. Shared main bathroom/shower. There is a half bathroom downstairs. A lease is in place for at least a year.

We are managing this property. We are looking for 2 roommates to occupy the 2 bedrooms available. The utility bills will be shared between both roommates monthly. Roommates must be respectful, dependable, and clean. No smoking. A background check is required for both roommates. You must be ok with a male or female roommate.
