I have a spacious room in the Sunset and I’m on the hunt for a new roommate!

About the space—a light-filled, unfurnished, rent-controlled, top-floor (stairs only) apartment in a four unit family building. The room is spacious with enough room for a queen bed, tv console, dresser, and desk. The building has on-site laundry, easy street parking and a great rooftop with views for days.

I’m looking for single occupancy (sorry, no couples), but the space is dog friendly. It’s located on the Noriega corridor with close access to everything you may need —local bars, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and access to both the J and the L.

I’m Eric. I’m a mid-30s professional who works in publishing (aka, book nerd). I strive for a chill and tidy home to relax in, and I love to cook for my loved ones with the very occasional movie or dinner night with friends. The place isn’t conducive to folks who like to bring the party home late on the weekends. I’m great at open and clear communication. I’m tidy, but not anal about it, and I work from home M, W and F. I tend to be a homebody during the week between work and the gym, but I do like to stay active on the weekends with friends and going out.
