Peter's room

This is is a mini-mansion in Simi Valley with Pool and Jacuzzi. The room comes completely furnished. I do have cats who are extremely clean so no other pets are aloud and you must be cat friendly with no allergies preferably. Housekeeping once per week also is included with rent.

I live in the home with my cats. Sometimes I work from home and at times I work outside the home. I am extremely clean and I am looking for someone who is also very clean. Preferably someone who works alot or who is in school would be ideal. I do not like lots of guests over so if you have a partner who visits frequently, this is not the right situation for you. I am vegan and would prefer someone who is vegan but I am flexible if not vegan.
