Upstairs has the master bedroom with a bathroom, plus 2 unfurnished bedrooms and another full bath. The downstairs has a room with washer and dryer, a multi-purpose room and a one-car garage. For extra belongings, the garage can be used as an on-site storage unit. The home has a porch that offers views of stream, valley and mountain tops and a small deck with 2 loveseats. The adjacent yard goes down to the stream.

Electric, water, waste collection and cabled internet, are estimated to average of $150/mo to $210 each, gas for fireplace and lawn care.
