Alec's room

Great spot in one of the newer townhomes in West Chester. Garage has two spots, and there is also a driveway. The ground floor has doors from the garage and front, complete with a mudroom and coat closet. The next floor features the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors, and a carpeted living room with two ceiling mounted flatscreen tvs, half bathroom, and a walkout deck. The next floor has two bedrooms, and the the available one is the master with two walk in closets and an ensuite bathroom with sliding glass doors on the shower.

I am a 27 year old software engineer. Weeknights I generally get home from the gym and keep to myself, perhaps watch a movie or do some work. However, that’s not to say I don’t enjoy the occasional happy hour, or having a drink on the weekend, spending time outside, or having a chill night in.

Lucas, the other roommate, is a 24 year old sales engineer. He works during the week and is usually out of town on the weekends. Interests include golf and working out

We’re both clean and do our own dishes, and expect the same. We’re also social, and plan to occasionally have friends over to pregame or just hangout, so looking for somebody thats okay with that.
