The apartment is a 950 square feet, 2bed 2 bath and a brand new unit located off the main street (nucleus) in Columbia falls. The kitchen is spacious with an island and brand new appliances. Utilities include water and electric and trash and wifi is included in the rent. It’s located in a very walkable location for Columbia falls with a coffee shop, multiple bars and restaurants and a grocery store all within a block. Dogs are allowed but have to be 7lbs or less.

Hello! so to start I should say I am currently looking for someone to go in on this apartment with me and don’t live here at the moment. There are several units still available so I’m hoping to be able to move in on this fairly quickly. About me…. I’m a 26 y/o male and have been living in the valley since 2019 and have worked several jobs in the area included a few season with the NPS so camping, climbing, backpacking, skiing are things I enjoy doing alot! Currently I work for a documentary production company so I will be working from home often (editing) but will also be out on location filming from time to time. Friendships are important to me so I like having people over for dinner or for game night etc…but I am pretty low key and don’t “party”. I’m pretty clean and like a clean space but value that an apartment feels like home and a place where everyone feels relaxed as well.
