There are two houses on property, the main house I live in and the guest house that’s available for rent. The guest house(pictured) is a 2 br 1 ba with 1 covered parking spot + street parking. It’s currently furnished but could move the stuff out if you plan on bringing all of your stuff with you. I’m pretty flexible with pricing but will need a background check completed.

The house is walking distance to Banner Hospital, a few great restaurants/bars/coffee shops, and a 20 min walk/5 min scooter ride from Roosevelt row.

I’m the only other roommate currently. I would like to find 2 people for the guest house eventually so if you have a friend looking for a place too I can give you a discount if you’re a package deal. I work from home and am on the computer in my office most of the day. I like working out, watching movies, going to shows, reading, cooking, finding new restaurants and spend most of my time doing those things or working with a few different charity groups.
