Three easy going roommates are looking to fill an empty room in a great house in San Rafael. The house is located just behind Dominican University and is available by the end of the month. The room is approximately 12x12ft and you will share the bathroom with one of the roommates.  The room will be cleaned and prepped for the potential new roommate.  The house is a short walking distance from Montecito Plaza, downtown San Rafael, and the Smart Train and bus depot.

The current roommates are 1 female and 2 males in their mid 20s, 30s and 40s.  We’re looking from someone in the same age range who is responsible, respectful, clean and most of all considerate.   We’re a modestly social group in the house and are looking for someone to fit in with that type of environment.  There is on site parking, washer and dryer. NO SMOKERS, DRUGS OR PETS PLEASE. Please contact me if you’re interested and serious about this possibility. Cost of rent included utilities. Utilities include power, water, trash, internet and some housing insurance for your belongings.  Upon moving in there will be a deposit of $568 required along with the first month’s rent.

The current roommates are relatively laid back and modestly social. One is a student, one works for Birkenstock and the other is a project manager. All the roommates are friendly and welcoming.
