Our 3rd roommate is moving out. Me and the current roommate (Matt) actually met on Roomies one year ago. We’re 24/25 both work in Manhattan/from home on a hybrid schedule. We’re clean, courteous and respectful. If interested, we can chat or meet in person. We are currently waiting for the new lease to finalize the rent price (Expecting 17 to 18 hundred for the available room with shared bathroom.) The new lease will start around May 20th
