Amy's room

Come be Jack to this Janet and Krissy! The downstairs of our single family home is available. It is essentially a 1 bedroom apartment but better and comes mostly furnished. The downstairs includes a bedroom with large window looking into backyard (pictured with no furniture, bed can be supplied, walk in closet (dresser can be supplied), and private bathroom with stall shower. There is plenty of natural light during the day and privacy at night. The living room is cozy and you can close the door for more privacy and it has additional closet space. An open area at the bottom of the stairs that can be a work or exercise area (currently shows a day bed). This space can also act as your mud room. I’m an interior designer so we can customize to your preference. Semi private entrance and street parking available.

We are 2 miles from East Falls Church Metro. Laundry and kitchen are shared, both pictured. You can see we like to cook with all the spices.

You: Work full time, clean up after yourself regularly, be respectful of yourself, others, the space, and furnishings, help keep the shared parts of the house clean.

If approved three month minimum to start then month to month with 30 day written notice. First and last months rent required to move in.

Your Roomies: Full time working professional, work from home. Currently have a lot of things on my plate so I don’t go out much anymore and keep my circle of friends small and close. We don’t need to be friends, just nice and respectful to each other. Roomy #2 is works from home weekdays and bartends on the weekends and is awesome! We don’t have people over very often but when we do it’s fun and good friends, you can join or not :)
