Living in a spacious vintage Old Hollywood apartment with views of the city and Hollywood Hills makes this a unique place. The cozy, small round Tower Bedroom for rent is a special room, FURNISHED with everything you need. Twin comfy bed. Everything is close, even a Sunday Farmers Market. Views, as we are up on a little hill. No common walls between bedrooms, so lots of privacy. Cool back yard with table, chairs with canope and little lights. Laundry on site. Off Street parking in driveway. Rent plus half gas & electric. Wifi included. It’s not terribly fast, but fine for streaming.

I am the only other roommate. I’m a pro photographer and am writing my first novel. I shoot occasional promo shots for musicians with a teardown studio that I set up in the living room. I worked as Stills Photographer on films for years, but no longer do that. I love my 2 kitties, walking the reservoir, doing yoga, watching some cool SciFi, listening to my music (I won’t disturb you), am considerate, a private person, clean and like intelligent conversation. I’m comfortable and familiar with film crew, writers, creative individuals. I have 2 shy cats who won’t bother you unless you work to be friends! I don’t cook a lot, dont’ eat red meat and keep things simple in the kitchen. No smoking or heavy drinking and of course no drugs. I don’t have a lot of people traffic and prefer you don’t either. I’m fairly liberal politically and prefer to share with someone similar in that area. We share in keeping the common areas of bathroom and kitchen very clean, washing dishes promptly, cleaning up, etc.
