I’m looking for someone (or multiple people) to take over the lease for the entire home. There are 2 bedrooms on one side of the home with a shared bathroom, the master bedroom on the other side of the home with its own bathroom, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, a great room, and a living room/flex space that is currently being used as an office. This home has lots of space! There’s a screened-in patio in the backyard overlooking a pond. It’s close to the city of Mulberry, County Line Road, South Florida Avenue, and the Publix Corporate building. Grocery stores are within 5 minutes. The current lease is from 02/21/2023 to 02/21/2024 with the option to renew at the end if you’d like. Progress Residential manages this property with Conservice Utilities. You’ll pay for trash, water, and sewer (which will vary based on your usage) to Progress Residential along with your rent. Electricity is the only utility that would be paid directly to Lakeland Electric. The cost to move in is $1,839 for rent and $1,200 for the deposit, totaling $3,039. I’ve already paid a $1,200 deposit for this lease, so that amount could be negotiable between us. You must provide color photos of the front and back of a valid, government-issued ID. If you have a pet, Progress Residential has no breed restrictions. There is already one pet in the lease. If you have more than one, the cost to add on a new pet is a $300 deposit per pet and an extra pet rent of $35/month per pet. A washer and dryer are not included in this rental property.

My husband and I live here with our Lhasa Apso dog (she’s the cutest). I’ve been here for a year and a half, and it’s the best Rental I’ve ever lived in. We are only moving because we’re now in the process of buying a home. We plan to start moving our things out by May.
