Approximately 1,000sqft apartment in SW Portland. Close to Multnomah village, Tigard, Beaverton + 12 minute drive to downtown portland/Pearl district. Bedroom available (847.50) is very spacious with a closet and private bathroom. Parking space is $40/month but there’s also tons of street parking available if you prefer to opt out of a parking space. Security deposit TBD. No more than 200! We didn’t pay much since we used FAFSA to show we’re students but I’m not sure how that will change :)

Additionally, apartment comes with: Tons of storage space, W/D in unit, large kitchen with breakfast like bar, dining room, spacious living room, and a beautiful small patio.

About me: I’m 26, graduating from PSU this summer. I have a 6 year old cat named Oatmeal Bean, but I call her bean (or beanjamin). Preferably no other animals since I don’t know how well she’ll do. I do work a lot so a quiet house is preferred (and by quiet I just mean don’t blast music at 11pm on weekdays hahaha). I’m pretty flexible and open to sharing things like food or snacks! When I’m not working, I like to hangout with friends (either happy hours, bars, brunches, dinners, etc) or watch TV. Vaxxed/boosted. LGBTQIA ally. BLM.
