Gated apartments located in north Modesto close to everything including mall, grocery store, CVS, multiple fast foods, and the freeway. We have a pool park and laundry mat. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Office is close and apartment is located upstairs. Doorbell ring camera so we can watch to see when packages are delivered or whoever is at the front door. Also security screen door.

It will just be myself my old roommate is leaving outta state for a few months. With that being said it will be a month to month agreement but the longest I’m able to rent is 3-6 months(month to month).Deposit non refundable(used for shampooing of carpet,professional deep cleaning etc). You will have a 12x13ft room access to kitchen fridge and big full size bathroom. I’m a very neat and clean respectful person. I’m 32 years old and work seasonal. Rent includes bills you will have to get your own wi-fi. I want my home to feel like your home feel free to get in contact with me. All I ask is clean up after yourself and replace whatever you finish for example, you drink the last soda or use the last roll of tp please replace.
