• Bathroom has a double vanity and is shared with one other roommate
• Yard has a large garden, basketball court, and firepit
• Garage space may be available upon request
• Rent is $600, utilities will be around $100, and refundable deposit is $500
• Tenants are responsible for sharing yard work
• Earliest move-in date is April 19 and lease runs until May 31, 2024
• No pets and no smoking
