Fully furnished living room (couches, tv), dining room, and kitchen (with dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove). Washer/dryer in large basement. Third bedroom for office space, etc. Cute backyard with furniture. Free street parking, which is typically very accessible. Landlord is amazing and super accommodating. I have a cat who can get stressed by other animals, so pets considered on a case by case basis.

Hi! I’m Molly, 29 years old. I have a large collection of houseplants, love live music, love exploring new restaurants, and enjoy nights in with a good movie. I’m super cozy, so I have an abundance of blankets and candles. Halloween is my favorite, but I like to decorate for other holidays as well.
