About the room
Looking for someone to take my unfurnished room in this amazing 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment.
The apartment has two large living rooms, pool table, outdoor balcony, shared rooftop, beach and ocean view. It’s just a few steps from the Hermosa Beach strand, and two blocks from the HB pier. You’ll be sharing a bathroom but the bedroom has your own sink.
The room also includes garage parking as well with plenty of storage space!
Coin laundry in the building, water is included and tenant will be splitting electric/internet with two other roommates. The room is not furnished but the rest of the apartment is.
Deposit of $1450. Month-to-month lease, but must sign lease and subject to credit check and approval of the landlord.
Apartment Available April 11th.
About the roomies
One is a 36 y.o. male professional canyoneering & backpacking guide. The other is a 34 y.o. male professional poker player who travels a lot. Both are really social, but not obnoxious party types. Clean, fun, respectful, and looking for a cool person to hang out with that matches our great roommate chemistry. Guys and girls both ok. Pets might be ok, still checking on that one.
